We can install for you a bulletin board (such as
Invision) or do a basic configuration of a mySQL database (such
as connectivity tests and set up of max 20 users) for a nominal
fee of £10 per single job required. |

* Should you cancel your order within the first 30 days using
the "30 days money back guarantee" for a package which
includes a free Internet domain we reserve the right to deduct
the domain registration fee (which is £8 per .com,
.net, .org e .it domains and £15 for .biz, .info e .co.uk
domains) from the amount to refund. This same rule applies should
you cancel within the first 12 months of your contract length.
Please note that we always register the Internet domains IN
YOUR NAME, unlike some of our competitors who only grant the
use of the free domain offered. We simply reserve the right
to protect our business from unscrupulous people who may open
an account with a free domain included just to cancel it straight
after thinking they could get a free Internet domain.

The free Internet domain included can be chosen among .com,
.net, .org, .it extensions for the Hosting Silver package
and .biz, .info., .co.uk on the Hosting Gold
and Platinum packages.

The contract for the hosting services has a minimum duration
of 12 months and will be automatically renewed for a further
year upon expiration unless a 30 day cancellation WRITTEN notice
(by fax) is received and confirmed. You can, however,
cancel your contract at any time during its length with a 30
day WRITTEN notice. Please note that we will refund the outstanding
balance (if any) calculated from the 30th day of cancellation
notice acknowledgement by Hosting Studio. We reserve the right
to deduct the domain registration fee of £8 for
.com, .net, .org and .it domains and of £15 for .biz,
.info and .co.uk domains should you cancel within the first
12 months of your contract.
